1. Payment Method
We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Refunds will be processed through an agreed-upon method once the returned product is received and inspected.
2. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

Items that show signs of use, wear, or are returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a return.

4. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it within 48 hours of delivery. We may request a photo or video for verification. Upon confirmation, we will arrange for a replacement or initiate a refund.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

6. Non-Returnable Items

7. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed. In case of an urgent cancellation request, contact our support team immediately.
